This South Coast band brings an upbeat, brassy, toe-tappy, indie-pop-gospel sound to their live performance. The band of experienced musicians has been making a name for itself on the live circuit including recently supporting Martin Stephenson (Daintees) and Southampton’s 2022 ‘Music in the City’ festival.

Band Members

Pete Harvey (singing/songwriting, guitar) formally with the band ‘Trip’ signed to MCA. He has played everything from punk to classical everywhere from UK to USA. Founding member of the ‘Sofa City Bands Collective’, formed to promote local gigs and happenings.

Alex Parent (bass) ran away from a French theatrical background to join this circus. His imaginative playing style has been honed over years in bands in Europe and the UK.

Leyanne Coombs (singing/keyboards) sang with folk-rockers ‘The Judacutters’ (Hag Records). She then sang and danced her way onto the dub-folk scene with ‘Transcendental’ and shone latterly with deep-synth EDM mystics ‘Midimoths’.

Charlie Brown (drums) provides an unshakeably groovy beat to the wallpaper sound and is also a drum teacher and sound engineer.

Pip Borthwick (saxophone) adds an improvisational jazz edge to the sound and guarantees
every performance is unique.
