The Beggars Fair takes place in the many and varied pubs, hotels, shops, churches, gardens and open spaces that Romsey has to offer. Some indoors, some outdoors, but all the venues and stages used are just a short stroll in the sunshine from each other.
All our venues are existing businesses or open spaces, but some venues do have awkward steps to enter the premises. So if you have mobility issues then these are detailed on the Venue Accessibility page.
If you fancy taking part yourself by busking, then you can at our designated Busk Stops.
All our venues are free to enter and open to everyone. There’s never any need for a ticket at Beggars Fair!
However if you buy a Programme then you can consider that a ‘ticket’ and help contribute to the continued running of the event 🙂
Just click on the above images for further information.

In addition there are 5 informal BusK Stops for impromptu busking…
The event starts at 11am in The Cornmarket with the other venues and stages throughout the town then following on.
